Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine was honestly quite busy and packed with tourists. Although once I made a segway into a more quiet and secluded area which had a heap of multiple smaller individual shrines I stumbled upon a beautiful section of bamboo forest. Bamboo has always fascinated me due to its amazing ability to grow so fast and versatility in many practical applications. To see such a contrast in the flora and fauna compared to Australia was a completely new feeling.
